Refund Policy

The short version VIP is a one-time $5 payment, not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. Because access is granted immediately, the payment itself is non-refundable.

Refunds

VIP access is a single, one-time payment of $5. Because you get full access to the Discord server immediately on payment, this payment is non-refundable, except in the case of a genuine billing error described below.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge you don't recognize — email us at support@nextgenirl.com with your receipt or the last 4 digits of the card used. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will correct genuine billing errors.

Removal from the Discord server

If we remove you from the VIP Discord server for violating server rules or Discord's own Terms of Service, that removal does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks

If you have a payment question, please contact us first at support@nextgenirl.com — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute, and it avoids dispute fees on both sides.
